Summer 2007 I was invited to work on the upcoming issue of Dolly Dolly by chief editor Chieko-san. The theme would be "photography" and photos of people would be allowed for just this once. I spent a busy but wonderful week in Tokyo discussing the content and then the next couple of months working on it.

In all, I shot the cover, created a spread of my doll photography, a photo diary of my travels in Berlin, Crete (Greece) and London where I live now, wrote articles about quirky vintage cameras, interviewed and photographed three doll fans from London and designed 10 patterns for Blythe, Kamar, Emerald witch, Peteena, Vintage Licca and Wataru and Flatsy. It's a very nice issue if I may say so myself!
